We take care to protect the privacy of our customers and users of our products that communicate (online or offline) with us, in store, events, over the phone, through websites and social media platforms.

The legal basis for processing your data is based on your specific consent/performance of a contract that we will have requested/stated at the point the information was initially provided, therefore we will not store, process or transfer your data outside the parties detailed above unless we have an appropriate lawful reason to do so.

We provide an optional live messaging service, ‘Pure Chat’, to communicate with prospects on our website. Pure Chat stores information you provide to us as a transcript which we can use to provide quotations and advice. Pure Chat servers are based in the United States.
