Dolphin Tensile Awnings are excited to be exhibiting for the first time at Vision 2017, the UK’s premier built environment event at Olympia, London 6-7th June to display our rapidly expanding portfolio.

Aimed at architects, designers, specifiers and their clients, Vision 2017 provides an international focus for innovative products and building solutions, bringing together some of the best designs and leading figures, offering industry intelligence on products, materials, trends and technology across the market.

With over 50 years of fabric manufacturing, Dolphin are passionate about what can be achieved with a combination of art, science and skilled craftsmen to engineer beautiful awnings. We create awnings of distinction for our clients from art through engineering to reality.

Our design mantra is to seek simplicity and ease of use. Through experience we have evolved many methods of deployment over a range of architectural, industrial and marine projects.

Karver KSF Top Down Furler

The setting of ’positive luff’ off wind sails like the Cruising Chute, Asymmetric or Gennaker has been made much easier with the introduction of the Top Down furler. The system is set between the head and tack of the sail with a torsional stay and furls from the head down. It is a quick and easy – watch the video to see how simple it is.
